This delicious & fresh smoothie is packed with the nutrients your body needs to thrive. It helps take  your smoothie game up a notch by adding powerhouses like broccoli, cauliflower, and kale. The fat from the coconut milk and avocado add a richness, and the lemon and frozen berries tie it all together with a sweet and tart kick. Toss your morning oatmeal and enjoy this nutrient dense smoothie instead!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz water
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (without guar gum)
  • juice of 1 large lemon
  • 1 serving of collagen peptides
  • 1 tbsp glutamine powder
  • 3 cups kale with stems removed (any variety)
  • 2 collard green leaves
  • 1 handful of sprouts
  • 1/4 of an avocado
  • 1 carrot, roughly chopped
  • 2 ribs of celery roughly chopped
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1 handful of cucumber slices
  • 1 handful of frozen broccoli
  • a couple of frozen cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries

Instructions

  1. Add the liquids and powders into your blender first
  2. add greens on top of liquids and blend briefly
  3. add remaining ingredients and blend together until smooth

 

Notes

Add more liquids if needed to make smoothie easier to blend
