This creamy, dreamy, dairy-free ranch dressing tastes just like classic ranch. Use this deliciously fresh dressing in salads, or as a dipping sauce for your veggies and proteins.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6oz Coconut Milk (without guar gum or addittives). I like this one
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 1 handful of fresh parsley
  • 1.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbps onion powder
  • 1 tsp minced dried onion
  • 1 tsp dill (fresh or dried)
  • 1 tsp chives (fresh or dried)
  • 1 tsp Trader Joe’s Onion Salt (optional)
  • 4  Avocado oil or olive oil. I like this one
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Juice of 1 lemon (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a wide mouth mason jar and blend with an immersion blender

Alternatively, you can blend in a blender or a food processor and transfer to container of your choice.

Notes

  • Keep refrigerated, and enjoy within three days.
  • Be very picky with olive oil. The bad ones are so strong and bitter, and ruin this dressing. I’ve found that out from trial and error. Some neutral olive oils I like are Combram Estate and California Olive Ranch
