You are always manifesting. And today I’m going to give you some valuable paradigms and tools to help you to manifest more deliberately in your life. By the end of this article, I intend that you are able to get everything you want and need in your life.
So what is manifestation? Creation of one’s outer experiences based on The Law of Attraction. Law of Attraction is always in motion, and is the most practical law as evidenced by taking one look at any of the people in your life. It is irrefutable that the substance of their minds has a large part to play in the results they experience in their lives.
However, I think pop culture law of attraction and manifestation has some flaws and booby traps. You might have noticed when reading law of attraction books that many of them just feel kind of….off. There’s a part of you that’s rejoicing at all the idea of getting anything you want in life, like some sort of epic buffet. But you’ve probably also noticed that part of you doesn’t fully buy into all of it.
The reason part of you smells something fishy about pop culture law of attraction is because there IS something fishy about it. The law of attraction and manifestation have been misunderstood, and funneled through our capitalist culture. It all reeks of cheap bubblegum and hot pink porches.
The result of following pop culture law of attraction guidance can be emptiness, frustration, and missing the best years of your life. It can actually move you away from happiness if you’re not careful. And this must be taken very seriously because this is kind of an epidemic in our society.
But law of attraction and manifestation have their place, and if you approach this whole manifestation thing the right way, you truly can create heaven on earth for yourself. So I’m going to give you some paradigm shifts that helped me a great deal, and I know they’re going to helo you too. I’ll also be sharing my own life’s journey and some personal stories about my own manifestation process over the years. Let’s jump in.
The First Question – What is a Worthy Focus In Life?
This is a very personal question, and one that each individual must decide for themselves. It is also the most important question you can ask. To consider what a worthy focus is is also to choose how you are going to spend your life.
Now it’s very clear that we are living in a world filled with opportunities, careers, money, material possessions, achievements, partnerships, homes, travel opportunities and a literal infinite array of things we could be doing or pursuing.
And we could set those things as the focus of our lives. But there’s a problem with that, because those things are transient. Relationships change, careers end, money comes and goes, homes get swept away at sea. So, we could certainly try to build our proverbial house on these things, but if we’re gambling here, there’s a literal zero to one hundred odd that nothing you acquire in this world will last.
Of course this doesn’t mean we don’t enjoy those things. And it certainly doesn’t mean we drop out of life and live in a cave (unless you want to).
But to answer this first question, we must ask a second question.
What Is The One Constant?
If we don’t want to build our house on the transient material objects in this world, what else can we focus on?
There is a part of you that has not changed since you were a child. The part of you that has nothing to do with your name, your gender, your roles, your bank account, your age, or the zip code you live in. Don’t take my word for it. You’re in there, and you know you’re in there. That part of you that knows you’re in there is the one constant.
Notice that it is peaceful, quiet, and knows all the answers. It is also loving, generous, and free of judgement against others.
You can call that part of you whatever you’d like. I’m going to call it your soul, though some call it higher self, the witness, and so on.
That part of you is a ray of the sun, a wave on the ocean, and a piece of God within you. The kingdom of heaven is within, and so is God.
So here is the simple math you must understand before you go out there trying to manifest. You are already whole, complete, and perfect. There is a fullness within you that is untouched by anything in this world. Ima
To start from the trailhead of Self realization is paramount.
If you don’t start from this trailhead you are grasping at something that never arrives. If you start from this trailhead, you are being pulled forward by your soul. One is born of the ego, and will make messes. The other is born of truth, and can only create beauty and harmony.
Step one – Align with your soul. If you don’t do that, you’re trying to use material possesions to fill a void that simply doesn’t exist. The only way to feel complete, whole, and joyful is by choosing to be complete, whole, and joyful.
You are holding out an empty cup to the universe, saying “fill my cup!”, but your cup has a hole in it, and cannot be filled.
There is nothing, nothing, nothing in this world that will complete you or bring you joy. Joy is a choice. There are billionaires who are miserable. There are people who live in the most beautiful parts of the world who don’t appreciate the beauty that surrounds them.
If you’re reading this, you are basically a millionaire compared to how any humans have lived throughout history. And so, you must align with your soul, abide from your soul, and prioritize living from your soul above all else. Another way to say this is to put peace and love above everything, and with that as the starting ground, you have just discovered the diamond in your pocket.
Now, you are coming to the universe with a totally full cup, and your mind isn’t cluttered or influenced by a false sense of lack.
When you step to the universe with an empty, dusty cup, and you’re desperate to fill it up, the choices you make to fill it are not always the wisest choices. A desperate man in a dessesrt will be fooled by mirages, and drink ocean water because he’s not thinking clearly. But a man with a full flask of water cannot be fooled by mirages, and has his wits about him.
The Good News…It’s not out there. Here’s the evidence…
Anthony Bourdain. Kate Spade. Marylin Monroe. Kurt Cobain. Jimmy Hendrix. Puff Daddy. Many lottery winners.
An over 50% divorce rate for those chasing a ring as the penultimate “I’ll be happy when I’m married”. Miserable celebrities and billionaires who are infamous for being disliked by everyone they meet. I could go on.
Bottom line, it’s convenient for the ego to convince you that if you just attain “the career and partnership, you’ll be happy.” Or whatever your thing is. Here’s the truth. There is absolutely nothing nothing nothing outside of you that can make you feel the homecoming you’re seeking to feel. No, you will not feel “so much better” when that certain event happens. That certain event is likely alluding you because you haven’t yet realized you’re already whole and complete without it.
So, Step 1 – Align with your soul, and put Self Realization as the top priority in your life. The result of doing this is going to be
More Wealth
- Greater Abundance
- More love
- More Harmony
- More Joy
- More “manifesting”…but it’ll be stuff you actually want.
Minus the meandering path of suffering and wondering why you can’t sleep through the night without waking up in a cold sweat worried about random nonsense. That’s because have arrived at the next step
Know What Your Soul Truly Wants….
How Do We Align With Our Soul?
We prioritize peace and love. That’s all that is necessary. Peace and love towards ourselves and peace and love towards the world.
In a very practical sense, when you settle your body and mind, you are more you than when you are grasping and flailing with life. When you are peaceful, calm, and filled with love, all else falls into place. Your cup is now full, and your mind is clear.
So, do anything that settles your nervous system .
Quiet down enough so that you can hear your soul, and then trust it. And don’t let what everyones is doing influence your path. Be single minded in your devotion to listening and honoring your soul.
How Do you KNOW it’s your soul vs your ego?
Your soul pulls draws you towards things. Your ego grasps at things.
Your soul has a calm and quiet knowing. Your ego has a desperate frenetic seeking.
Your soul is peaceful in what it wants. Your ego’s desires are always marinated in fear.
Your soul tends to want to contribute, which results in abundance as a byproduct.
Your ego tends to want to collect and consume, which results in money that requires exhaustion
Your soul wants to express. Your ego wants to prove itself.
When you’re pursuing things that feel good, and don’t give you a stressed out hamster on a wheel feeling, you’ve hit the sweet spot. And by the way, sometimes that WILL be material possessions. There’s nothing wrong with that.
Just make sure your ego is the servant to your soul, and not the other way around.
Honor What Your Soul Wants Through Planning & ACTION
Now you that you know what your soul wants, you write it down and take it seriously. Manifestation requires action. There are some LOA purist who would disagree with me, but I’ve personally found right action to be an important part of manifestation.
Use Asana
Set aside time to review what’s working and what’s not
Readjust and always listen to your higher wisdom
Take action that’s in flow.
Fix Your Mind on Your Targets
Thiis is where vision boards and scripting come into play. This world is very busy, and the more that you focus your mind on where you want it to go, the better the results will be. We can’t expect to act in alignment when our mind is cluttered with fear, doubt, and bad news.
-Create a vision board, and supercharge it with AI images that have you in it
-Create a script and record yourself speaking out all the things you are grateful for already having
-Ask directly for marching orders, then put them in Asana
-Surrender and release on it. Genuinely let go of concern about it, while still maintaining action. “I’m ok if it happens, I’m ok if it doesn’t. Either way, I’m grateful for what I learn and become along the way”
-Have SO MUCH Fun. It’s not so much what you do, but how you do it. Enjoy the process, and delegate what you don’t enjoy.
Enjoy the Journey, and The Diamonds in Your Pocket
Regardless of what you’re manifesting, I hope you enjoy the journey. And I also pray you enjoy the diamonds that are already in your pocket, as Gangaji says. You are already complete, whole, and perfect.
May your manifestations be a reflection of your divine wholeness and perfection.
❤️,
