Jade Voyager Yoga Mat
While you don't need to spend $100 for a good mat, a poor quality yoga mat can slide around, fall apart, or not grip your feel at all. Jade Yoga has created a high quality, mid-range yoga mat called "Voyager". Coming in at a reasonable $45, the voyager mat will last, and support a good practice.

Bodytorc Suspension Trainer
This is a budget friendly version of the classic TRX. The BodyTorc comes in at under half the price, with a respectable quality. Suspension trainers are a fantastic piece of at-home exercise equipment, and also perfect for traveling. Suspension trainers are adaptable to every fitness level, and offer dynamism that help prevent injury.

Kettlebells
I'm hitting you with a Walmart link. I know not everyone loves Walmart, however, the pricing on these kettlebells is fantastic. Kettlebells are an essential piece of at-home exercise equipment. If you don't have a gym membership, and don't plan on getting one, getting a set of 13lb & a single 25lb. Use in conjunction with the Four Week Formation workout plan located in the Course Portal!

Peleton App
Peleton is the absolute best workout app on the market right now. As a personal trainer of over 20 years, I'm never too keen on letting an app guide my workouts. Apps don't usually provide sound programming, and always seem fluffy to me. Peleton, however, has superb programming. Peleton is FAR more than a bike app. You can consider it your very own personal trainer! Download the app and use it on your next gym visit. I love the "Gym" feature, the rowing classes, and the hiking bootcamps!

The Paleo Approach
In this groundbreaking masterpiece, Dr. Sarah Ballyntyne reveals the science behind healing through food. This book is one of the most thorough, in depth resources on the interactions between commonly consumed foods and the immune system. If you're in a healing journey, this book is a must read.

AIP Quick Start Guide
This is my summary of the AIP Diet, providing a quick and easy summary of how it works and how to start implementing it right away. Much of the literature on AIP can be overwhelming at first, which it why I put this short guide together for you. If you're suffering from autoimmune issues, or any other health maladies, AIP is likely the short-term healing tool you're looking for.

The Glute Lab
Bret Contreras, aka The Glute Guy, wrote one of the most enjoyable books on exercise in the past two decades. This is a no-nonsense, fluff-free, real deal encyclopedia for building a better physique. Let's not forget, building a healthier posterior chain isn't just about aesthetics, it's about overall postural health, metabolic health, and injury prevention!

Training for Speed, Agility, & Quickness
Training for Speed, Agility, & Quickness is a fantastic resource for track & field work, and cardiovascular work in general. If you "hate" cardio, you might actually love this book. It provides over 300 pages of drills to keep your mind and body fresh. You'll likely learn something new each time you open it up. If you're in a workout rut, grab a copy of this book, and try a track and field day a few times a week!

Pure Encapsulations Multivitamin
Pure Encapsulations are my go-to supplement brand. They don't use grains, fillers, or any funky additives to their supplements. The formulations of their products are effective and reliable. They are informed by science to use the most absorbable and bioavailable ingredients in their supplements. Nutrient 950 is the best multivitamin on the market, in my opinion.

Cleanse More Magnesium Complex
Cleanse More by Renew Life is a solid magnesium supplement. Best taken before bed to help with calming the nervous system, and aiding in overnight digestion. This is also an excellent choice for anyone suffering from IBS-C, given the blend of gentle, soothing herbs designed for digestive health.
