Here’s the God’s honest truth….you have a message deep within your heart that the world needs to hear. And the more willing you are to sit with that deep message, get clear about it, and share it, the faster your business will grow. There are tons of people posting videos and content online who are “trying to get views” or “trying to get buyers” but that strategy just doesn’t work anymore.
If you want to build an audience and business that you love, we must go deeper. We must think bigger. We must anchor ourselves in an entirely different spoke on the wheel of our lives.
The Sacred Call
If you’re reading this, it’s because part of your path in this lifetime is to share your work and teach other’s (whatever your field of expertise might be).
The pull to share your work and teachings with the world is not arbitrary. It’s not an accident. It’s a divinely orchestrated path you’ve been put upon by the Divine Beloved. As birds fly, and roses bloom, and trees give oxygen, you are a white blood cell here to share your light with your teachings…whatever they may be.
Taking a few steps back, if you look at the tapestry of the time and place we’ve landed it, it’s clear that we’ve been given the perfect setup. The tool of YouTube, for instance, is the single most powerful tool that human beings have ever had for the direct transmission of teachings (so far).
So, let’s take stock for a moment. You were placed in the single greatest technological turning point in human history, with the most powerful tool for sharing and teaching, during one of the most transformative times in our species. You have at least a few thousands hours of beautiful tools to share and teach. And you can do so for free, while also getting paid, without any limits on the amount of money you can make…and without any limits on how many people you can teach in a day.
What I’m telling you is the “special occasion” we find ourselves in is the fact that we have more freedom and opportunity as teachers and leaders than any other humans before us. We have the ability to help more people than any human beings before us. And we have the ability to shine more light into the darkness than any humans ever before us.
The sacred call you’re experiencing to teach, lead, and share your message is SO MUCH BIGGER than we could ever realize. And the invitation here is to HEED THE CALL!
The Sacred Choice
What goes hand in hand with this sacred call is the choice to listen to the call. Are you willing to show up and share? Are you willing to put your heart into your hands, stretch out your arms as far as you can, and say “Here. This is for you.”?
If you have a call to share and teach, that’s fantastic. But the most important step that 99% of people miss is the choice to actually LISTEN and then CHOOSE TO LIVE THE CALL. You choose this big giant choice once, and then your life becomes a series of little daily choices to support this one big choice.
Once you commit, you stop asking questions like “is this going to work?” and you start asking “what do people really need to hear today?”
What We ACTUALLY Want (As Teachers)
Your desire to share your teachings with as many people as possible equates to you becoming a public figure. There’s a very good chance you, like me, don’t care about being “famous”. What you’re interested in is becoming a public figure as a result of people finding your teachings so helpful.
At the deeper root of what you’re MOST interested in is your TEACHINGS becoming massively popular. And sure, it’s nice if people appreciate you and your essence. But what the soul genuinely craves is to fully express timeless teachings that can transform lives.
Your body will change, ashes to ashes. But the energy and transmissions you leave behind ring eternal. And THAT is what we’re actually craving when we seek to “build an audience”.
