Yoga is the ultimate panacea. It relieves anxiety, balances hormones, increases our ability to be mindful, helps our sleep, and keeps our joints and tissues healthy. I could go on and on about the benefits of yoga, but the only way you will ever understand the power of yoga is by doing yoga.

If you can only afford 5 minutes of yoga, that is enough. A 5 minute daily practice will get you fantastic results. In fact, it will bring all the benefits of a longer practice! It’s all about consistency and building that peace muscle 🙂

I’m offering this 5 minute practice as a simple way for you to start making yoga a part of your life. It has been one of the best things to ever happen to me, and I hope you try this, so you can reap the benefits too.

You never hear of any yogis regretting doing yoga. Hahaha. And I’m here to tell you, the hype is 100% legitimate. But again, the only way for you to experience the profound benefits is to practice.
